A Legacy Film Experience
Your family carries stories worth eternalizing — the sentimental, the sacred, the traditions, the truth of who you are. We help you preserve them.
What Gets Lost
There are things inside your family that no photograph can hold. The way your grandfather laughs when he tells that story. The reason your family does it that way every Christmas. The values that got handed down without anyone writing them down. The history that lives only in memory.
Stories don't disappear all at once. They fade — one unasked question at a time, one generation at a time — until no one remembers where any of it came from.
Family Legacy Films exists to make sure that doesn't happen to yours.

"Photos show what people looked like.
This captures who they were."
What This Is
This is not
A traditional wedding video or event recap
Posed, scripted, or performative
A slideshow set to generic music
Something you'll watch once and forget
This is
Real conversations, guided gently by thoughtful prompts
The stories, traditions, and wisdom your family carries
A cinematic film crafted to be watched for generations
Something your grandchildren will treasure
"Hear their voice again. Anytime you want."
The Process
From the first conversation to the moment you receive your film, every step is thoughtful, personal, and unhurried.

Before we ever pick up a camera, we spend time understanding your family: who they are, what matters to them, and which stories deserve to be told. We send you a curated set of questions to share with your family ahead of time.
We come to you. Your home, your parents' kitchen, wherever feels natural. The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried. We guide the conversation gently, and what unfolds is real: laughter, tears, wisdom, and love.
Woven into the same day, we capture a professional family portrait session. Candid and warm. The kind of photographs that actually look like your family.
Our editors spend weeks shaping the footage into a cinematic film. Every cut, every piece of music, every moment of silence is intentional. The result feels less like a video and more like a film.
Your finished legacy film is delivered digitally, ready to watch, share, and pass down for generations.
When to Do This
Families come to us at different turning points. These are the ones that come up most.
Everyone is already in one place. Grandparents, parents, children, all at once.

Inquire →The documents handle the logistics. This handles everything they can't.
Inquire →Give your parents the experience of being heard. Their stories, kept for good.
Inquire →A first grandchild. Someone new who deserves to know where they came from.

Family Legacy Films is an all-inclusive, fully guided experience. From the first planning call to the moment you receive your film, everything is taken care of. We don't believe in confusing packages or hidden costs.
Every family's story is different, and so is every experience. We invite you to reach out for a personal conversation. Not a sales call, but a chance to understand what matters most to you and how we can honor it.
"The stories that shaped your family
deserve to outlast it."
Questions
Almost everyone does at first. And then they forget the camera is there. We're not journalists with bright lights and formal questions. We sit with your family, we listen, we laugh. Within the first ten minutes, most people are telling stories they haven't shared in years. The relaxed, conversational approach is the whole point.
The filming day is typically four to six hours, which includes both the interview session and the family portrait session. We never rush. If a story is unfolding, we let it. You'll also have a planning call with us beforehand so everyone knows what to expect.
We send you a curated set of story prompts before the session: questions about childhood, family history, traditions, beliefs, advice, and legacy. These aren't interrogative questions; they're invitations to share. You can review them with your family ahead of time so no one feels caught off guard.
Absolutely, and it's one of our most popular options. Your wedding weekend is one of the rare occasions when grandparents, parents, and extended family are all together. We can film a legacy session the day before or after the ceremony, capturing the stories and voices of the people who matter most while they're all in one place.
The editing process takes four to six weeks. We spend that time carefully crafting your film: selecting the right moments, choosing music that honors the tone, and building a narrative that feels complete. Good storytelling takes time, and we don't rush it.
If you have existing home video footage, audio recordings, or photographs of a loved one who has passed, we may be able to incorporate them into a tribute film. Reach out and we'll have an honest conversation about what's possible.
